I am a junior back-end developer and a game designer in my spare time, currently studying in Quebec, Canada.
My education at Université Laval has equipped me with full-stack development knowledge, though my expertise leans heavily towards backend development. I also have strong understanding of key methodologies in software development such as SOLID principles, TDD, QA, and software architecture.
Both my academic background and professional experiences have helped me sharpen my analytical skills, whether it’s assessing requirements or crafting solutions. Problem-solving and research have become second nature to me.
Effective communication is crucial in the world of development, both internally and externally. I have had opportunities to refine and apply my communication skills throughout my academic journey and professional experiences, especially in Agile environments.
I’m accustomed to working collaboratively, leveraging the strengths of my colleagues to improve myself while also helping them reach their goals. I thrive in team environments where mutual support drives success.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to apply important project management principles, whether in task management, CI/CD, or client communication. I’m experienced in creating project documentation and fulfilling client requirements.
I’ve been a gamer for as long as I can remember, but around 2016, I became deeply interested in the game development field. Since then, I’ve been focusing on this area and am currently pursuing a specialization in video games, exploring topics like computer vision and digital design.
